Terms of Service
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the owner of 6io.io (the "Sixio Service") and the user regarding use of the Service.
1.2. By using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms and undertake to comply with them.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Service provides the ability to generate video using cutting-edge AI technologies.
- Creating text prompts for AI video generation;
- Editing and enhancing prompts using Gemini Pro and ChatGPT;
- Video generation from text descriptions;
- Extending (lengthening) created videos;
- Receiving video in resolutions up to 1080p;
- Video generation from images (image animation).
3. Prohibited content
- Pornography and erotic content: sexual videos, nudity, intimate scenes, 18+ erotic content;
- scenes of cruelty, torture, killing or bodily harm;
- content inciting hatred based on nationality, religion, race or gender;
- Violation of the law: promotion of drugs, terrorism, extremism, suicide;
- Child exploitation: any content involving minors in inappropriate situations;
- Copyright infringement: creating copies of well-known characters or brands without rights-holder permission;
- creating deceptive videos with the faces of real people without their consent.
- Immediately block the user's account without a refund;
- Transfer information to law enforcement when required;
- Delete all generated materials;
- Recover damages through the court.
3.3. The user confirms awareness of the list of prohibited content and undertakes not to use the Service to create it.
3.4. Ignorance of these prohibitions does not absolve the user from liability.
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
- Use the Service in accordance with these Terms;
- Receive technical support through the available channels;
- Stop using the Service at any time;
- Use generated videos within the bounds of Russian law.
- Not use the Service in violation of Russian or international law;
- Not create content that infringes third-party copyright;
- Strictly observe the prohibitions set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
- Not generate material containing unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or harmful information;
- Not take actions that could disrupt the Service's operation;
- Take sole responsibility for the contents of the material created.
- Make changes to the Service's features, pricing and terms of use;
- Restrict or suspend user access in case of breach of these Terms;
- Process personal data within the scope of the Privacy Policy;
- Terminate the provision of services without a refund if the user breaches the terms of use.
5. Credit system and payment
5.1. The Service operates through a credit system (the Service's internal accounting units).
5.2. Upon registration, a new user receives a starting credit balance to explore the features.
5.3. The cost of operations in credits is shown in the Service interface.
5.4. Current pricing is published in the Service interface and may be changed by the owner without prior notice.
5.5. Credit balance top-ups are made through the available payment systems.
5.6. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to other users.
5.7. Credits have no expiration date unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
5.8. Credits are not money or a means of payment — they only define the cost of input and output tokens for the AI models.
5.9. The credit rate is set at 1 credit = 1 ruble.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service Owner BEARS NO LIABILITY whatsoever for any consequences arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
- Any direct or indirect damages, data loss, lost profits;
- Quality, accuracy, content or compliance with expectations of the generated video content;
- Infringement of third-party copyright resulting from use of the generated content;
- Technical failures, temporary unavailability of the Service or external AI models;
- Inaccuracies, errors or incomplete results from AI models;
- Deletion or unavailability of previously created videos after the storage period expires;
- Any use of the created content by the user for commercial or other purposes.
The user uses the Service at their own risk and fully releases the Owner from any liability for the results of generation and subsequent use of the content.
7. Copyright and intellectual property
7.1. All rights to the Service's software, design and infrastructure belong to the Owner.
7.2. Generated videos are produced using artificial intelligence technologies. The Service Owner does not claim copyright over the created content.
7.3. The user is solely responsible for the lawful use of generated videos and respecting third-party rights.
7.4. The Owner may use anonymized Service usage statistics for marketing and analytical purposes.
8. Data storage and deletion
8.1. Images uploaded by users are stored on the server for 14 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
8.2. Generated videos are stored for 14 days from creation, after which they are automatically deleted.
8.3. The Owner is not liable for loss of access to files after the specified periods.
8.4. The user is responsible for keeping their own copies of important materials.
9. Changes to the agreement
The Owner may unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement. Changes are published on the site and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
