As part of providing the Service we process the following data:

• email address and password (the password is stored only as a hash) — to create and operate your account;
• identifier and basic profile (email, avatar) when signing in via social networks — Google, Yandex, VK, Apple, Telegram;
• IP address and information about the browser/device — for security, abuse prevention, and proper interface rendering;
• cookies and session identifiers — to maintain authentication and user preferences;
• your prompts, uploaded images, videos, and audio — to generate content and store your work history;
• chat history with the AI assistant and support requests — to provide answers and ensure service quality;
• payment data: amount, currency, transaction identifier (full bank card data is not transmitted to the Service and is not stored).

Purposes of processing: providing and billing the Service, ensuring security, supporting users, informing about the Service.

Legal grounds: consent of the data subject, conclusion and performance of the contract (Terms of Service and Public Offer).

To provide the Service, we transfer necessary data to third parties:

• Third-party AI providers — text prompts, images, and other user content are transmitted to the servers of third-party AI services for result generation. Such transfers may take place outside the Russian Federation.
• Payment processors — to handle payments. Bank card data is processed directly by the payment system; the Service does not receive it.
• OAuth providers (Google, Yandex, VK, Apple, Telegram) — when you sign in via a social network, data is processed by that platform under its own policy.
• State authorities — in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Service does not sell your data and does not transfer it to third parties for the advertising or marketing purposes of other companies.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain authentication sessions, store user preferences, and collect anonymized usage statistics (pages viewed, device type, traffic source, region at the city level). This data does not allow identification of a specific user and is used to improve the Service.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may then not work correctly.

• Uploaded images and generated videos — up to 14 days from creation (deleted automatically thereafter).
• AI assistant chat history and support requests — for as long as your account exists.
• Account data (email, IP, consent record) — for as long as the account exists and afterwards within the periods required by law.
• Payment data — within the periods set by accounting and tax legislation.

• data transmission over HTTPS;
• passwords stored only as cryptographic hashes;
• restricted access to server infrastructure;
• regular software updates.

You have the right to:

• obtain information about what data of yours is processed;
• require correction, blocking, or deletion of data if it is incomplete, outdated, or processed in violation of the law;
• withdraw consent and request account deletion at any time.
